What is the 3 month signature programme?
The PP Method programme combines personalized nutrition with behavioural science to help you become a healthier and happier version of yourself in 3 months.
Nutrition
The personalized nutrition programme is based on the Metabolic Balance® method which is currently one of the most effective methods in the field of nutrition in the world. It is a nutritional program designed to regulate your metabolism, is based on 25 years of scientific research and managed by specialized doctors.
Based on 36 values from your blood test, Metabolic Balance® creates a personalized nutrition plan that naturally balances your hormones, enzymes and your biochemistry. 36 laboratory values determine which building blocks necessary for a balanced functional metabolism (vitamins, trace elements, minerals, etc.) the body lacks. Such relevant laboratory values and other data, such as previous illnesses, medications used, food intolerances and more, are used to select suitable foods for the client.Just as no two people are exactly alike, no two nutrition plans are exactly alike. You will learn about your body's nutritional needs and which foods you should eat to reach the biochemical changes needed to achieve and maintain your desired health goals.
Psychology
The PP Method adds health psychology and behavioural science to turn “I know what to eat” into habits that last, by addressing the drivers that usually derail progress.
