Who stands behind the program?

I’m Patricie (MSc.) and I specialise in personalised nutrition and health psychology because nourishing your body and caring for your mind is how change truly lasts. Over the past five years working with clients worldwide, I’ve seen the same pattern: most people know what to eat, but stress, sleep, low motivation and emotional eating get in the way. That’s why I combine a personalised nutrition programme (informed by your individual biochemistry and blood work) with evidence-based behaviour change to turn knowledge into results you can keep.


I don’t believe in drastic diets or a one-size-fits-all approach. What you eat shapes how you feel, perform, sleep and experience your day so we’ll choose the safest, healthiest long-term solution for you. I’ve tried the quick fixes myself...counting calories, over-exercising and restricting until a personalised plan finally worked. Together we’ll address all the factors influencing your health such as food, sleep, stress, movement and design a plan for you that will lead to long-term wellbeing and a calmer relationship with food.
