Who stands behind the program?

My name is Patricie (M.sc) and I specialize in nutrition and psychology as I believe that nourishing your body with the right food and keeping a healthy mind allows you to live your life to the fullest. I am globally certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York,  Metabolic Balance, and hold Psychology bachelors and a Health Psychology masters from UCL in London. What we put into our body affects the way we look, feel, our performance, the quality of our emotional experiences, quality of our sleep and much more. Whatever your health goal is, we will try to find the safest and healthiest long-term solution for you. What I definitely don't believe in are drastic diets or an universal approach to eating. I believe in bio-individuality, which is why I use a personalised nutrition programme based on invidiual biochemistry, with my clients. I myself have tried almost every single diet, counted my calories and spent hours overexercising in the gym. With the personalised plan, I started giving my body what it needs and it began functioning accordingly. Together we can adress all the factors that can be affecting your current health besides nutrition such as food, sleep, stress, physical activity etc. My aim here is to pass on my knowledge that will allow you to make small daily changes to promote long-term health.
